Completely agree that there are no silly questions or wrong questions.
However, given that, if I may be so bold to say do not expect the fine members on Elsmar to solve a problem. I am not trying to be snotty, but if a person uses the search, any question they have, may have already been asked and answered. That is what I found, but it does require some effort.

I agree, I would search first, and then if I cannot find the answer to what I'm looking for, would post. Just trying to help

I was just trying to avoid the Cove's message board from filling up.
All in all, my advice is if you cannot find the answer by using search, post your question and maybe a member will point you to a good link, or answer your question.

Oh there ARE silly questions, trust me I ask them all the time :bigwave:

Congrats on your certification. I am dying to know what your quality manual looks like for that industry.
How many pages is it?
I used to be a full time graphic designer and ours is like 8 pages (for a much different industry now) and its styled more like infographics then a typed out typical manual. I think its very cool indeed but who knows what our auditor will think.

Well, my auditor really liked my records being a mix of forms and pictures. A picture speaks a thousand words.
In my case, the QM is 27 pages with graphics and words, and my procedures manual is 77.
Are those 8 pages you've done just for the QM, and the PM will be over and above?
The main thing is as long as you have documentation.
Say what you do, do what you say, and satisfy the "shall's" you should be fine
