The company arranged us an awareness training but the trainer had so many degrees after his name did not know how to keep every one listening to him.His method of teaching was really boring.
Oh, pity. Herewith the takeaway lesson: take as much care in selecting a provider of services such as training as you would in any other purchasing. Just because people have degrees does not mean they're good at helping people learn. Indeed, many academics are very bad at it!

I've sat through some truly boring presentations from otherwise good people, but also some inspiring and excellent ones from people who have the ability to make it interesting and speak the language of management and make it all relevant to their audience.
But i realised i cannot be ignorant about this anymore, the time has come for my participation in contributing for the success of this standards implementation.
Good. That's the first step. Keep learning. Is it at all possible to find someone who's a
good presenter/trainer to come & help your exec. management? Because it sure as hell sounds as though they need some help and it may be quicker and more effective to get in some skilled outsider. You'd be able to find someone through the Cove, I'm sure.
