Work instructions needed on PFMEA and Control plans?

Please refer chapter 6 page 53 "Control Method" of APQP manual describing control plan methodology. It clearly say's in control method Colum, procedure number i.e. Work Instruction / Procedure Number should be included where applicable.

The current "APQP Third Edition" doesn't have 6 chapters.
The contrrol plan portion was separated out to the "Control Plan Reference Manual".

The example in the "Control Plan Reference Manual" Appendix A general example A-1 on page 55, shows every line with a WI example, like QI-PRD-01. Some lines also have a checksheet example, like CS-012.
