Yield Plot for different groupings

Hi Everyone,

I try to figure out a simple way to plot or display in any form the yield for different groupings of a parameter.
I have e.g. a Parameter in a column and I want to display how much values (in % of total, see plot below) of this parameter are below a certain level/limit (the limit itself is an already known, fixed value).
I want to be able to reproduce this for different groupings of the parameter (grouping parameters have a column on their own) to see the impact of the different groupings on the yield.

I could not figure out how to do so far so thanks a lot for any help!

Would the addition of percentile lines on a probability plot suffice?

Your suggestion works fine for gouping with small subgroup numbers like 3 or 4.
For my evaluation I have also grouping with up to 25 group members where the probability plot gets uneasy to read.

If they is no way to display the percentage in a boxplot, is they a way to calculate it in a table or something similar?

There is no way to add this to a box plot in Minitab. You can set the box plot options to draw the box at specific percentiles, but I think you want the percentile for a specific value. The Calculator will provide the value for a specific percentile, but again that is not what you appear to want. The closest you can get to a table is to use a nonparametric reliability analysis. Look for your Limit in the Time column, and the cumulative percent for that limit will be found in the Cumulative Failure Probability column. I know this is not a reliability problem, but the math still works for what you want.
