I've always said that regulatory affairs is a 100% experiential profession. I know the certificaters and diploma mills would beg to differ, but I'm still firm on that point.
I'm gonna borrow this. Staffing up regulatory expertise is really hard, and I'm suspecting that we will need to find willing victims individuals, and train in house to widen that capability.
Because I've learned that there are darn few "unique" problems and it is a great place to see how others have addressed what may be a "new" problem for me.
