Z540 vs. ISO17025 Comparison Matrix - Calibration Customers who still insist on Z540

I have 1 or 2 Calibration Customers who still insist on using Z540 as their requirement criteria. Does anyone have/know of a Comparison Matrix for these two standards?

I have the same problem, particularly with USA customers. My AB accredit only 17025 but not both 17025 & Z540. What I did is do a self-assessment using the NVLAP Z540 supplemental checklist and hope it is acceptable to our customers. The checklist can be found at www.nist.gov/nvlap > Assessor resources > Program-Specific checklists > Calibration laboratories supplemental checklist (pdf or word version). If I'm not wrong, A2LA uses this checklist and accredit both 17025 & Z540 to labs who requests for it. Good luck.
