I thought I remember some discussion about Poke-e-Yoke and mistake proofing in the old forum, but cant find it. I am trying to find more info.

There's a listing of all the messages in the old forum Old Forum Messages Listing

And the old forum is still at it's old address - you can go there and do searches - you just can't leave new posts there.
