My name is Nick Baudino. I am a Graduate Student at Southern Illinois University and I am in the process of completing my Masters Degree in Manufacturing Systems focussing on Quality Assurance. To complete my Masters Degree, I am required to accomplish a thesis. The subject of my thesis is "Quantifying the Impact and Implementation of QS-9000 Quality Systems."

Your name and email address has been selected from a Quality Forum on the Internet where you have expressed concern about ISO/QS-9000. I would greatly appreciate if you could complete the following web based survey about your experience with QS-9000. If you have never been involved in any QS-9000 implementation process, please disregard this email. Your personal data on the survey will be held extremely confidential.
