Does anyone have any experience implementing QS9000 for a steel company. I would be happy to get some feedback.

I do.
I work for a steel company in Mˇxico. We produce steel coils from DRI and scrap.

We do not know all the answers, but I think I can tell you how did we addressed specific issues of qs-9000.
