Has the 3rd edition relaxed the requirements for safety from the 2nd edition?
The definition for laboratory scope reads as if paragraphs are needed to describe your scope. Any suggestions?

I don't see that 'safety' requirements are different.

You have to have a 'real' laboratory scope - it has to be written. Suggestion is to list what you do (cal and testing) and make it into a facepage for your related procedures manual (like your calibration procedures).
