Our company is currently embarking on documenting QS 9000 procedures. However, we are a little unsure on how to begin on the APQP and PPAP part. Appreciate if you could provide samples on them so that we can model ours on.

My advise would be to review the APQP and PPAP manuals. They really cover the topics pretty well. After reading this, if you have more specific questions, I would be glad to help you in any way I can.

Just a heads up - a new edition of the PPAP manual is (was) scheduled to come out - although I'm not sure when now. It was originally slated for 1 Sept 99, but that's done come and gone. I wouldn't hold up starting to document your system, and I don't think the new manual will bring any new or drastic changes, but I thought you might like know. If you need more info, try calling the AIAG.
