I'm looking for a small workbook or something to use as a foundation for Quality System Awareness Training for new employees for QS 9000. Any heop would be appreciated.

I would try the Memory Jogger people (Goal/QPC) www.goalqpc.com/PRODUCT/1060.html

They make a very nice booklet - very small (3.5"x5.5"). I like them and highly recommend them. Give each employee one.
