I was wondering about something. We have an annual plan and a more year's plan. Is it also enough if you have both instead of one businessplan. Can anyone give his opinion on this?
Thanks,
Martin

Your business plan does not have to be in 1 document nor does it have to reside in 1 functional area or even 1 location.
