Does anyone have examples of flow charts used to replace documentation requirements under ISO/QS, and would you be willing to share a few with me. I am desperately trying to get the company I work for to move away from our complicated wordy SOPs and Work Instructions but they are concerned that flow charts won't fly with a third party auditor.
