Tim, I would question if training requirements would fall under 4.1.4 (Business Plan) I have never seen training requirements as part of a business plan, but as a measurable reported to management. Training considerations should be developed under 4.18 and the effectiveness reported to management review under 4.1.2.2, 4.1.3.1, and possibly 4.1.5. depending upon the documented system you have developed. Training should be discussed in the business plan to the extent of what is required to meet the short and long term goals. For most companies information contained in the business plan determines the yearly budgets. Whatever is beneficial to your company determines the level of detail that you describe in the plan. Is it a requirement? Depends on the auditor. You may not get a minor, but you may get an "OFI", which can take a lot of work to resolve. IP: Logged |
