We have just had a QS9000 pre-audit inspection which resulted in a number of minor non-conformances. One of these related to the fact that we were not in possession of a copy of the Chrysler 7 step problem solving procedure. We are a supplier to Mercedes Benz in Germany and so requested a copy of the procedurefrom them. We were informed that they had never heard of it and cound not help. Given the much publised internal wrangling between Daimler Benz and Chrysler this was not realy a surprise. However, having no Chrysler contacts - does anyone know where I could source this ? ------------------ IP: Logged |

GM and Ford have (most of )their required forms on-line. I would think that Daimler-Chrslyer has a supplier site that may have them too. Haven't searched it out myself. IP: Logged |
