I am presently applying the 6 sig tools to a safety initiative within our manufacturing plant. If anyone has ideas or experience with this topic I would appreciate it. For example, key input variables, key output variables.
Also, if anyone has examples of using binomial logistic regression I would be very interested in seeing how you applied this tool.
