Given time I don't think you will have any problems gatting any answers about MSA in this forum. Review the gage forums, do some searches, and access the FTP site on the first page of the forum. I ask this of you because most MSA queastions have been brought up previously and answered. With that in mind please realize that each question can bring about the thoughts of new forum members and awaken the thoughts of some of the veterens. Register and join us! ASD... IP: Logged |

Alita, it has nothing to do with registering or not registering. People in this forum will do their best to answer your question(s). I know if no other public discussion forum besides iSixSigma (the most active), www.isssp.com (which as been very inactive as of late), and The Elsmar Cove (whose activity is mid to low recently) that has the breadth of expertice to answer your question. MSA is not well represented in internet searches either. I can find some information on very standard GR&R, but when I need to find information on less common methodologies I find myself pretty much on my own. With respect to GR&R, your best bet is to get to know the AIAG MSA manual very well, AND find a good book on Nested Design DOEs and Variance Component Analysis. I have addressed one of your questions at iSixSigma. To be quite honest, you have come across quite harshly in your previous e-mails - almost sounding angry because you think people don't want to help you. That kind of attitude cannot help your chance of getting free advice and information. Please be patient. I assure you people in these forums are doing the best they can to help given their respective time availability, skills, and background. Ken K. IP: Logged |
