Just looking around on the net i saw your conversations. I seek also a completed APQP control plan for finished goods! So Tom, if you could mail me something, I will be very pleased! i see that everybody are looking for apqp and cp example ... i got a question : why ALL CHARACTERISTICS SHOULD BE ON CONTROL PLAN ?? WHAT CAN I DO IF I HAVE SEVERAL WAYS TO INSPECTED ?? For folks looking for a control plan and related APQP documentation, I suggest you look at the APQP and Control Plan Manual. There are examples therein. For examples see pages 47 through 55. There are examples of about 9 'types' of control plans. Now I will admit most of them have only a few lines, but I guarantee you that 20 pages of a Control Plan will not help you any more. It's the same stuff. The FMEA stuff is in the FMEA Manual. In addition, take a read through: Elsmar.com/pdf_files/APQP_Q.pdf and /pdf_files/FMEA-N.pdf What other specific documents are you seeking?
