We are a sheltered workshop currently in the process of implementing an ISO system. My question is if anyone is aware of any available data on other companies and their proven financial rewards after successfully implementing an ISO system? I found that the quickest way to start benchmarking is to use a search engine with the ther Benchmarking+Services. There are many free sights that only require that you submit information about your industry and they will send you data on like industries. Also visit customers and suppliers and determine if there is an oppurtunity set up a system beneficial to all parties. Just a thought. IP: Logged |
