Can anybody working on the new iso9000:2000 standards help me with making a internal review checklist appropriate to various departments in a multi star hotel.It becomes complex as you go deep into each clause deciding which department adheres to which clause and vice versa. IP: Logged |

I guess I would start with an excel spreadsheet. List all the the ISO clauses along the left vertical axis and all department/personnel names along the top horizontal axis. Fill in the columns with: X - if the department has primary responsibility. Y - if the departments has an advisory/approval responsibility. Z - if a department has no responsibility. The XYZ is an example, it could be checks, numbers, etc... Just an example and I'm sure there are others in the forms area of the cove. Good luck! ASD... IP: Logged |
