I have just heard that one of the members of this forum paid US$240 to BSI for copies of ISO 9000:2000, ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 9004:2000. If you can't get this from ANSI, you can obtain the full set complete with PDF versions on a CD-ROM from [email protected] for Irish Pounds 100.00 plus p+p. This would be about US$100 cheaper than BSI.

Thank you very much for the information regarding the less expensive source (for a document that IMHO, should be available at no cost) for the ISO 9000: 2000 Series. This is a great help for smaller organizations.

I have managed to get electronoic copies of ISO 9000, 9001, 1md 9004 for no cost. Nada zero, nothing, zip. It can be done.
