Hi Everyone, In item # 6.2.2 Competence, awareness and training. Does this mean that as a company we must provide a Competency Program, i.e. Training our Internal Quality Auditors? What could be the content of this program? Some consulting firm recommends the rating system per function based on TQM, The reward System. Please comment on this. Thanks in advance, Raffy [email protected] IP: Logged |

From the information given to me by our registrar (Lloyds) you can show employee competancy by having there supervisor or manager sign there existing training records with the statement documented that in signing employee training records the manager or supervisor is ensuring competancy. Then have the supervisors or managers boss sign there training records. It should end up that all employees from shop floor to directors have a signature on there records from a superior. This would not be required for the most senior management position. Hope this makes some sense IP: Logged |
