Hi everyone,
Our certificate in ISO9001:1994 will expire in November 2001. We plan for an upgrade this year. We undergo different trainings on ISO9000:2000 to grasp the idea of having certified this year. Now, being new for this Certification, What could be the steps in launching ISO9000:2000? Some say that We should start a soft launch with the top managemnet and the Core team, concern: What is really Soft Launch, can anybody from the forum give me an idea on this? PLease comment. And the other is Hard Launch with all employees, what does it really mean?
Thanks in advance,
Raffy

RAFFY,
I feel, Softer side means the required updations on the Quality Manual, Procedures, documents etc..

Harder side means training of the people concerned w.r.t ISO 9001 2001 Quality Management systems.
