I would recommend Dr. Deming's View of a System found in any of his last two books or in any of a number of books written on his System of Profound Knowledge. IP: Logged |

What I understand is that you need the apex manual of the organisation which is a software focussed. The apex manual conforming to ISO 1994 is available on some sites. If yoyur requirement is for ISO 2000 the manual has to be drafted as per the new requirement. Can yoy please elaborate IP: Logged |
