Can anyone give me any advice on the most painless method to comply with paragraph 4.1 pertaining to identifying the QMS process, sequence, interaction, criteria, etc.? It appears a flow chart may be a good method. Thanks IP: Logged |

Yes, a flow chart will do. But remember not to provide all the details. To be precise, you should produce a process map, say using simple blocks and arrows to show the sequence and interaction of the core and support processes. IP: Logged |
