I know this has been asked before, but i have forgotten the tel no of the company in the UK that sells ISO 9000:2000 Standard. I want a electronic copy. Ideally i need a German copy, but the German retailer Beuth Verlag is implementing a new 'Keep the Customer away' system and are all but impossible to work with. As the standard is normally in 3 languages the basic version should be OK. ------------------ IP: Logged |

You can buy an electronic version from ISO, see www.iso.ch. The UK group that can sell you the Standard is BSI, Tel: +44 (0)181-996 9000. They may have an electronic one too. I suppose that you can buy this from ASQ in the States as well with your credit card - they are less expensive than BSI. IP: Logged |

The 3 languages are: Enlish, French and Russian. But it was discussed in ISO/TC176 to have a Spanish version of 9k2k. I don't know how it was ended. IP: Logged |
