I looked through the site and found nothing about 'DC specific' TS requirements. To be honest, I can't even find a reference to TS 16949 anywhere on the site. 1. What is DC? IP: Logged |

->You Americans are so ethnocentric Not necessarily so. It has more to do with one's expectations that {b]their[/b] 'shorthand' or acronyms will be understood by others. Which as we know is not always the case! DC = Direct Current, Doctor of Chiropractic, Daimler-Chrysler, District of Columbia, Determined Crackhead, District Coordinator, Development Criteria, Director of Collections, Dutch Cinema, etc. However, thanks for the clarification and for the direct link! As always, Howard, I appreciate your help! [This message has been edited by Marc Smith (edited 28 March 2001).] IP: Logged |

BEWARE! I downloaded the file and it had a virus. I uploaded it to the pdf_files directory before I checked it (we Mac folks aren't normally affected by viruses) . I have since fixed the file and re-uploaded it. IP: Logged |

Marc, Thanks, I was going to download it tonight. We can never be too careful, even with an assumingly safe site. By the way, what type of virus? I know some people at AQSR and will talk with them. ASD... IP: Logged |

I really didn't pay attention. It's one that has been around for a number of years, though. As is typical, it only affects Microsoft files - in this case word files. As I remember it's not a 'harmful' virus. IP: Logged |
