Subject: TYH: Corporate wide ISO 9002 registration

We are a property management company in Hong Kong and have just
achieved ISO 9002 certification for all 35 sites under our management.
Our managed properties include residential complexes, industrial
buildings and commercial centres.

We began the implementation in June 1997 and got the head office and our
largest residential complex (17 towers and an excellent residents' club)
certified in December 1997. Our upgrade to corporate wide registration
took place in December 1998 and we received our certificate in February.
