A customer orders additional (the same as previously supplied) products or service/ spare parts and those parts/products have not been supplied to that customer over a year. Should we again follow the complete PPAP procedure and can we distinguish between the supply of simpel individual service/spare parts and complete products?

I'm not sure, but I don't know that PPAP is required on service parts. I would ask my customer specifically what they expect.
