I am wondering how Ford (with their new Focus) uses APQP. Ford's Concept to Customer model is too small to read in one of your pages. A clarification of that would be great! (www.Elsmar.com/gifs/ford_ctoc.gif)
Any other information would also be wonderful. Possibly step by step examples!!

Ford's Concept to Customer model was essentially overridden by QS9000's APQP.

I don't know anything about Ford's Focus. Do you have any details on what Focus is?

Some confusion over terminology!!!!!!

The Ford Focus is a new model of car in Europe.

But your interpretation did make chuckle.....thank God it's Friday!!!!!!
