I am working with a customer who is running QS9000. For him to put my product in the line he needs me it to be PPAP level 2. Is this a form I can answer questions to or is there more to it? IP: Logged |

You can certainly ask questions, but if you've never done a PPAP, you probably need some more formal "training." Some customers will walk you through the first one and explain all the requirements to you. IP: Logged |

Get a copy of the AIAG PPAP manual. It explains quite well everything you need to do for any level PPAP. Follow it diligently and you will be fine. IP: Logged |
