Our company supplies to other industries except the automotive industri.
When we get for example an order from a small company that is not certified against ISO or QS do we have to performe PPAP even if he does not want that?
Our certification body said that it does not matter from who the order comes from and that we need to do that every time.
The problem is we have a lot of customers and get new productes every day.
How do we do? is there a better way of doibg it smooth?

It depends on your procedures. It is possible to write them such as you supply the necessary documentation as per customer request.
An example of comflicts within the automotive industry, French or German OEM's or the tiers to them request their own form of "PPAP" which does not agree with the QS version but as this is a customer request and I have defined that I supply PPAP as per customer request there is no problem.
I would suggest that the parts are submitted with a request for approval as this will protect you.
