I work for a Japanese company pursuing ISO9001/QS9000. The topic of design review has been a big issue because of the cultural differences. We are required to conduct documented design reviews per our pursuit of certification. Does anyone out there have any advice on a checklist that I could get the engineers, (Japanese) to use?

Just a question for clarification:

How have you determined and documented that you are a "Design Responsible" supplier to the B3?
