Hi Marc,
First off many thanks for providing an excellent resource on the web.

I need to get to grips with 8D and I've downloaded the pdf file from this site. This is a very good starting point.
However, I'd like to explore 8D in a little more detail.
Can anyone suggest any links, or any short course providers in the UK ?
