I don't have any examples, but excel is not the tool to use for statistical analysis - except for Gage R&R or something simple. I sure wouldn't use excel for analysis of varience.

Actually, Excel has a built-in ANOVA function which can be easily used. Also we use an Excel spreadsheet with calculated formulas based on the example in the MSA handbook for our GRR studies. I can provide a copy by email if anyone is interested.
