What steps could be taken if we find equipment with calibration unsatisfactory results? the std indicated that we should notify to the customer if suspect material or produvt may have been shipped, but what kind of analysis can done before it? maybe any statistical comparison because maybe the calibration results are out but the product specifications are larger? I would suggest immediate 100% inspection for the characteristic in question. I you need to chart the results the data could be put on a P chart. ASD... IP: Logged |
