Hola a todos, en este momento trabajo en la norma ISO 17025, Criterios generales de acreditación, competencia técnica de laboratorios de ensayo y calibración. Quisiera tener información acerca del nuevo enfoque de gestión por procesos que plantea la ISO 9000:2000, para adaptarlo a la 17025. Mil Gracias por su ayuda.
