My company is wanting to go ISO 9000, ISO 9001 & ISO 90014 certified. What should be my first step in getting this process started. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We haven't a clue?? IP: Logged |

First step is to buy the manuals/specs and read them. Next, take a look thought the old messages at: There are a bunch of threads there on starting your effort. Read them! Then - come back here and ask some more specific questions! Or - Hire me as your consultant! You might want to post future ISO9000 related questions in the ISO9000 forum, however.
