TL9000 was released the day before yesterday (22 March). For copies go to *** Dead Link Removed *** For those not exposed to TL9000, it's basically ISO9000 (same elements) with some reinterpretation and a few enhancements. The BIG feature of TL9000 is it's attempt to develop standard Telecommunications Industry metrics. This feature is still under intense debate and is not included in the initial release of the document. IP: Logged |
