Hi A question has been posed to me at our company. Define 100% on time delivery and what is exactly required as per the ISO 1002/QS 9000 Standards for evidence of tracking this section of element 4.6? IP: Logged |

Our Assessment audit was in September, and our auditor told us with no ands, ifs, or buts, that we shall pursue 100% on-time delivery. Anything less requires corrective action. On the other hand, our consultants told us to set a reasonable goal such as 98% and try to achieve. The auditor did not buy this so, once again, it all depends on who you talk to at that moment. My advise is shoot for 100% on-time and get corrective action when you miss. IP: Logged |

QS requires ontime delivery to be monitored - Scheduling Subcontractors 4.6.2.2 (as Dawn details). Iso9000 does not. IP: Logged |

On time delivery - you have some 'flex', but within a couple of hours either way. I've seen it tracked to +/- 1 hour. I doubt +/- 1 day would be acceptable. IP: Logged |
