Just noticed a message on misc.industry.quality newsgroup - asking for an explanation of TL-9000.
It's not something I've heard of before, but I have a vague inkling it may be related to QS.
Can anybody out there enlighten us?

TL9000 (TL-9000? TL 9000?) is the telecommunications 'version' of ISO9000. I don't have a copy, but you get the drift.
