Last I knew KPMG and correct me if I am wrong but i think Citi Corp. were trying to get this toghther. I worked for two large Banks for 10 years, and honestly they need to have a quality system. They preached quality but I never saw it. I would love to get involved in helping put this toghther.

Yes the Article is in the April 2001 Quality Digest on page 14. they give a web address for more information on FS9000 it is www.fs9000.com
