API Spec Q1 10th edition was issued in 2023, and will come into effect in September, 2024, it brings some sinificant changes, does anyone have gap analysis or matrix for reference ? is there any API technical report published on the new edition ?

It will be highly appreciated.

API has not published a technical report on the new edition and is not currently planning to do so.

API has drafted a gap analysis but is still reviewing/correcting it. I do not know if the gap analysis will be made publicly available when complete or if it will be for internal API use only. Even if it will be made publicly available after completion, it will likely still be at least a few months until it is complete, so I would not recommend waiting for it.
