Can anyone give me an example of an ISO 9001:2008 quality manual for a logistics company? I am currently looking into ISO Certification and possibly API Certification for a Pipeyard. Primarily involved only in shipping and storage. Please help.

apply to a logistics Company?" technically Randy is correct.
As to your post content (which is different than the thread title) each business sector, and for that matter each company, a quality manual will differ to some degree. This is not to mention the many ways one can write a quality manual.
For logistics, see the attachments for examples of a quality manual for a logistics company. One is technically for TS 16949 but it will give you an idea of a typical manual, it's structure, etc. The other is for ISO 9001.
There is a third example attached as well. It is not for logistics, but shows one written wherein the interaction of processes is described.
