Titanium, what's the latest from the USA? Falsifying paperwork for titanium

Hi everyone
I had an email from the boss last week about a company in San Diego in big trouble for falsifying paperwork for titanium. (not mentioning their name on purpose).
I have all our suppliers checking they didn't buy from the company concerned.
Today I was told some other companies have been caught as well.
We use a lot of titanium in our product, does anyone know what the scale of the problem is?

An example of a meaningful preventive action for aero suppliers who use titanium & Post Periodically validate test reports for raw material - AS9100 7.4.3

I have not heard of another case, after the San Diego one.
