Ford Cleanliness Testing Specification ES-XXXX-6B616-AA for Valvetrain Components

Has anyone figured out how to do internal testing to Ford cleanliness specs for valvetrain components? Specifically using citriclean in spec # ES-XXXX-6B616-AA?
Parts just weigh 20 grams or less and 20 to 30 parts are cleaned at a time.

Were in a bind. Any resources?

Anyone with Ford Cleanliness Testing experience or information?

What are you currently using? Hexane ultrasonic bath, Alcohol rinse? My experience is limited but I did work on a cleanliness improvement project at one point in my career, the end product was used by Ford. I don't have the standards anymore to see what one your talking about.

i called the company that makes the cleaning solution and a chemist helped me put a system together.

Any details you can give us on how you solved the problem will be appreciated.

I sent a picture of the apparatus that ford had in their scec. and sent it to a chemist at the company that makes the cleaning solution. He used the picture and description to search on-line chem lab suppliers and told me the items I needed. Real good service. Sorry, no names mentioned per policy.
