ANSI/ ASQ Z1.4 2003 vs 2008

Hi everyone,
In doing some research on sampling plans it appears that there is now a Z1.4 2008 version. I cannot seem to find any information on Z1.4 2008; so I was wondering if anybody knows the difference between between Z1.4 2003 and Z1.4 2008. The most important thing that I need to know is if the sample sizes or accept/ reject number changed at all for any levels.
