Assign a name to a home-made ERP system?

Hello all.
We are just finishing an ERP system developed in-house tailored to our needs, covering, Quotation/Sales, production, invoicing, wharehouse, etc.
In short, we will also add a software we found on internet for the management of our Iso 9001 system.
I wonder , is it convenient, recommended to assign a name to the ERP software? is it a value added action?
In the future , other software will be added into our network.
But at adding more software, I will have several names, for example, for ERP, it could be "ERPPRES" which stands for Enterprise resources planning and PRES
means "Pressure", (we manufacture Pressure vessels) and for the management system, it could be the original name "MQMS"
Could you say something in this matter?

Thanks

Ownership is important for bonding, ongoing use and improvement.

So why not ask the Users?

You could, for example, run a naming competition or present a shortlist of possible names and survey the users to determine the name they prefer.

I would offer Earp or Earnie.
