California Cleaning Product Right to Know Act - Product Label advice needed

Hello all,

Been a while since I have posted on here but hoping someone can help with a question on the California Cleaning Product Right to Know Act please.

Over here in the UK we are lucky enough to develop and manufacture products which one of our client intends to sell in the USA.

Recently we have been advised about the California Cleaning Product Right to Know Act or as well call it internally CAL RTK, currently working on labelling of for the products which now includes CLP (Europe), Product care information (Global) and now the new CAL RTK.

We have researched into the requirements but have come to question ourselves on the fragrance allergens content to be included onto the labelling.

Currently we are unsure under Option 1 if we should add the fragrance allergens from the fragrance allergens declaration (supplied from the fragrance supplier) or the fragrance allergens from the final product fragrance allergens declaration (which we produce along with the SDS)

Is there anyone on here who has some experience with CAL RTK product labelling who might be able to help advise please.

Thank you
